Millers of ten pure stoneground organic flours in Mount Pleasant Windmill, a traditional four-sailed brick tower mill built in 1875 - bakers of organic breads using their own organic flour and an 18 ton wood-fired oven.

Built in 1875 this tower mill has been restored to full working order. Now the home of the True Loaf Bakery the mill is used to grind organic grains into a variety of flours that are used to produce the delicious breads and cakes cooked in the traditional wood fired oven.
With tours of the mill, a tearoom and organic shop this is really the place to stop off and indulge yourself.
Open Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm. Closed Monday's except Bank Holidays.
