A self-guided tour allows first hand experience of how it is done at close quarters, meeting and talking to the artisans at work. The award winning Visitor Centre also has hands on opportunities, excellent shopping facilities and a superb restaurant making up a rich experience that all can enjoy.
A new £10.5 million Wedgwood Museum has now also opened on the site, showcasing the rich history of the company by drawing on the company's incredible archives to present the world's best collection of Wedgwood through thousands of rare artefacts, documents and priceless art.
2009 will also see the Wedgwood visitor complex mark the company's 250th anniversary with a series of key events aimed at allowing both the public and collectors the chance to join the company in celebrating this special anniversary.
