All ages will find something to enjoy at the farm: rare breed British animals being saved from extinction, careful breeding programmes to maintain exquisite rare breeds of rabbit and poultry, Eriskay ponies, piglets and baby animals. Many special areas are under cover while there are still 42 acres of countryside and play areas to explore, including nature trails.

At peak times there are twice daily pig races, chick/rabbit handling and tractor-trailer rides. New play areas, buildings and facilities, inlcuding a new indoor play barn, are being added to increase the range of physical activities and under cover space to complement a day out in the country. Wet or dry there is plenty to do. Teachers’ packs available. ‘Be a farmer for a day!’ packages for those special birthday or anniversary presents.

The Ewe Tree Cafe serves fresh home cooked food and treats trhoughout the day.
Birthday parties and groups catered for or hire the facilities.

Tipis for hire for an alternative camping experience.

Youth Hostel (graded 3*) open year round.
