Former pleasure grounds of the now partly demolished home of the pioneer electrician, Andrew Crosse. This nature reserve is leased by the Somerset Wildlife trust and contains a visitor centre for the Quantocks Hills.
The site is towards the southern end of the Quantock Hills, about six miles north-west of Taunton.
It is mainly a woodland reserve, comprising the former landscaped gardens around the remaining buildings of Fyne Court.
