Gaulden is a small historic manor in a beautiful valley between the Quantock Hills. The little gardens of Gaulden include the Rose Garden, a well-stocked herb garden. Bog garden with primulas, hostas, ligularias and gentians. Also a butterfly garden and scent garden. Beyond is the Monk's Fish Pond and island. The Secret Garden is planted with white shrubs and roses. Towards the house is a grassy walk with old shrub roses, agapanthus and geraniums. This is a garden for exploring. Not over not but full of interest. Plants for sale propagated from the garden.
