Walk around the historic buildings of Gloucester with a qualified Civic Trust Guide, Monday - Saturday 6th June 2009 - 12th September 2009.
Discover Gloucester's 2000 year history from its Roman origins to the present day. Hear about many famous characters and their associations with the City including Robert Raikes, pioneer of Sunday Schools, and Beatrix Potter who wrote the children's story "The Tailor of Gloucester".
Tours leave Gloucester Tourist Information Centre at 2.00pm. Tickets £2.50 ( children free ) available from Gloucester Tourist Information Centre.
