Two detached, very individual, beautifully maintained and equipped cottages on our farm. Both have full gas central heating, ground level accommodation, digital TV’s with Freeview, open plan living with home entertainments – family videos or dvd’s, books, games, radio/cd/cassette and, furnished sunny patios with BBQ perfect for dining alfresco or relaxing on lounges.
Forester’s 4 Star, offers country charm and quality with the original 200 year Cob walls and vaulted timber ceilings. The sitting room overlooks the patio to stables and fields. The fitted kitchen includes a washer/dryer. Two bedrooms sleep 4 + cot, each with pretty floral linens, TV and en-suite shower, hand-basin and wc.
Keeper’s 5 Star, is newly developed to high specification, the view across the fields is a favourite for deer, pheasants and a variety of wildlife. The modern interior has reclining sofas, and the fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 + cot, each with fitted furnishings and digital TV’s with Freeview. The super-king double can be converted to full size twins if required and the en-suite has shower, hand-basin and wc. The large twin bedroom has space for an extra full size single bed if required (subject to a small supplement). The bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand-basin and wc.
Gas, electricity, linen and towels are all included in both cottages, with beds freshly made for your arrival. The cot is provided for use with your own nursery bedding.
The locality, between coast, forest and open countryside offers excellent walking, cycling, riding, water-sports, adventure playground, tree-top trail and a wealth of pursuits, special sights and events. An abundance of good food is available from farmers markets, organic outlets, local shops, pubs and restaurants.
