St Marys Church is a short walk south of the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre, in the heart of Robin Hoods village of Edwinstowe. The impressive twelfth century building is said to be the place where Robin married his true love, Maid Marion.
Historic village church in which Robin Hood and Maid Marian are said to have married. The original burial place of King Edwin.

Open: Easter to end September, depending on availability of stewards, 12 noon - 4pm, weekends until 6pm when possible. Other times by prior arrangement.
