Cathedral Quarter Tour
This tour takes in and interprets the sites around the Cathedral Quarter, in particular the Roman sites and the magnificent Cathedral and Castle. It gives an interesting insight into the City and the opportunity to discover some local anecdotes from our accredited Blue and Green Badge guides. The guide will also be able to point out some interesting facts about the filming in the City of the Hollywood movie, The Da Vinci Code.
Please note that the tour does not include entry into the Castle or the Cathedral.
This tour takes place each day at 11am and 2pm during: Bank Holidays and Weekends in June, July, August, September and October. Additional tours at 11am will take place Monday - Friday in July and August.
Tickets are available on the day from the Guide £3.00 adults and £1.50 children.

Arboretum Tours - The Victorian Arboretum is a newly restored magnificent park. It offers relaxing walks through the rose gardens, past the lake and bandstand. The Arboretum is home to a wonderful Lion statue, a cast iron folly, expansive terraces and spectacular fountains.
Dark Side of Lincoln - Find out the more macabre side of Lincoln including the locations of the workhouse, the former Lunatic Asylum and the location of the hangings in the City.
Roman Tour - Takes the visitor on a walk of discovery amongst the Roman ruins of the city and explains Lincolns Roman heritage from the arrival of the 9th Hispana Legion to the eventual fall of the Roman Empire.
Medieval Tour - A tour that concentrates on medieval Lincoln from its magnificent cathedral, mighty castle and merchants timber framed buildings. This tour reveals the medieval life in Lincoln and some of the personalities including Bishop Hugh, Katherine Swynford and Nichola de la Haye.
