An outstanding example of the work of Temple Moore, this magnificent Grade I listed church dominates Harrogate's northern skyline and is the subject of Sir John Betjeman's poem 'Perp. Revival i' the North'. Built from honey-coloured stone it contains glass by Victor Milner and fine bas-relief panels designed in the 1920s by local sculptor Frances Darlington, which depict Christ's nativity, passion, death, resurrection and ascension and incorporate portraits of members of the congregation.
