Roundwood Hall B&B with its adjacent 9 hole golf course is just off the B2068 - the Roman road Stone Street. Our two ensuite rooms with king size or twin beds are situated in a ground floor annex attached to the main house. The rooms are newly decorated and equipped, each offering ample facilities for a comfortable stay. These include tea and coffee making, colour TV, Freeview TV and Radio Channels, DVD/CD player and hairdryer. An iron is available on request. All rooms are non-smoking. A full English breakfast is served in the beamed dining room of the main house.

Roundwood Hall benefits from a superb rural location on the North Downs and is ideally placed for exploring the magnificent local countryside. For walkers the North Downs Way and other long distance trails are within easy reach and there are numerous footpaths that pass through the ancient woodland of Lyminge Forest that skirts the property. The city of Canterbury is within easy reach just 15 minutes drive along Stone Street. The coastal towns of Hythe, Folkestone and Dover are also easily reached. For those travelling to or from the continent the M20 motorway, Channel Tunnel link and the Ferry Ports at Dover, Folkestone are only a short drive. Further afield, Maidstone, Rye, Hastings and Tenterden and many attractions are within an hour drive and London is easily reached on the fast train service from Ashford International Station.

For eating out there are numerous pubs and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine within a short drive.
