Stables B&B

Located in the historic uphill area of Lincoln, this former Victorian stables is part of a grade 2 listed property converted for bed and breakfast accommodation in 2006/2007. Designed to be sympathetic to its former life whilst offering all of the luxuries of a modern bed and breakfast.

With off road courtyard parking, Stables B & B makes an ideal base for exploring our historic city.

Stables B & B has 3 en-suite rooms along with a kitchen/dining room built within the recently converted stables building. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and a view of the Cathedral from its window.

Stables B & B is within 5 minutes walking distance of most of uphill Lincoln's attractions. Once you pass through the Roman Newport Arch you will be within the vibrant Bailgate shopping area with boutiques, restaurants and pubs, as well as catering for local needs with bakeries, butchers and delicatessens. All of this is within the shadow of the Lincoln's ancient Castle and Cathedral.

Rooms comprise 1 single, 1 twin and 1 double. All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television and hairdryer as standard. we offer a choice of traditional cooked, continental or vegetarian breakfast. We can also cater for other dietary requirements if requested at time of booking.

Stables B & B are proud to support local farming and businesses by sourcing produce locally when available. Tea and coffee are selected and supplied by local importers, award winning Lincolnshire sausages made with local Lincolnshire pork. Our home baked wholemeal bread is made from stone ground organic flour supplied by a local windmill. Guests will also be offered home made jam made with fruit grown in our own fruit garden.
