The Red House - Aldeburgh
The Red House was the home of the composer Benjamin Britten and his partner Peter Pears.
The house has been preserved very much as it was at his death. The site also encompasses the renowned Britten-Pears Library, an archive recently designated as of national significance, which holds regular exhibitions of manuscripts and art from its collections.
