Ston Easton Park is a Grade I Palladian Mansion dating from 1739. There are magnificent staterooms for guests to enjoy, including the print room, the characterful library and the Palladian Salon with it ceiling Motif of the Eagle of Jupiter. The Georgian restaurant boast as standard of service from a Bygone Era, creating the perfect ambience for fine dinning. The cuisine as you may expect is of award winning stature. Our head chef mixes the finest homegrown vegetable and herbs with selected produce from our local suppliers, to conjure an array of dishes to tempt you. Activities from clay pigeon shooting to horse riding can be arranged or if you are feeling like you need to be spoilt why not indulge in a helicopter ride.
