This 1930's Art Deco building has been completely refurbished to the highest standards. The accommodation, set over the first and second floors, comprises 14 luxury bedrooms/suites. The ground floor offers an impressive south facing lounge, large period bar and dining rooms. Retaining many of its original features, Charlotte House offers guests complimetary Wi-Fi, phone calls, concierge and valet parking.

Located in the Cathedral quarter, Charlotte House resides directly opposite Lincoln Castle and Cathedral. With 8 acres of landscaped gardens, the complex also houses the Sir Joseph Banks Tropical Conservatory and the John Dawber gardens.

Our restaurant is located oposite Charlotte House and is open 7am to 11pm seven days a week.

Our award winning real ale pub, The Victoria, is only 50 metres away.
