A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits you at this attractive Victorian farmhouse set in a small village with views over Glorious Devon countryside and apple orchards. Only 1.5 miles from the centre of the historic town of Totnes, with its Elizabethan market on Tuesdays and Pannier market on Fridays and lots of interesting shops. There are attractions of all kinds to keep you entertained whatever the weather; Castles, historic houses, gardens, museums, steam trains and of course the River Dart. Dartmoor National Park with its contrasting open moorland and wooded valleys is only 20-minutes drive, beaches can be reached within 10 minutes, one good reason why we are so ideally situated for the perfect holiday. Berry Farm is a traditional farm of 700 acres on the Duke of Somerset’s estate. We have sheep, cattle and arable. The farmhouse is surrounded by large gardens and plenty of parking. Delicious home cooking, vegetarian and special diets catered for, log fires plus plenty of good inns and restaurants nearby.
