Clitheroe Skatepark opened in 2006, and since then has proven to be an extremely popular asset to the town and the wider community of the entire North West region.

Sidewalk, the UK's leading skateboarder magazine, wrote a review on the park shortly after its opening and hailed it to be 'a concrete beauty'. Word travelled quickly and people from across the country came to ride the newest skatepark on the scene.
