Saturday 7th March and Saturday 10th October 2009: The Royal Windsor Tour. Enjoy tales of Kings and Queens who lived in the Castle on our tour through historic Windsor.
Saturday 11th April 2009: Windsor Bricks and Mortar. Windsor’s architecture, from Norman times until the present. An insight into the town’s planning and heritage.
Saturday 9th May 2009: Tales of Historic Inns and Watering Holes. See the inn where Shakespeare wrote ‘The Merry Wives of Windsor’ and other historic watering holes.
Saturday 30th May 2009: School Half Term and Saturday 11th July 2009: The U-Spy Tour. A tour especially for accompanied children with a fun quiz for under 12s, young detectives welcome (under 14s free).
Saturday 13th June 2009: Eton and Riverside Walk. Walk to Eton College and learn about its history. Return to Windsor enjoying lovely Castle views along the Thames.
Saturdays 20th and 27th June, 4th July 2009: Special walks to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's accession to the throne.
Saturday 8th August 2009: The Victorian Tour. Explore Royal Windsor’s fascinating Victorian past.
Saturday 12th September 2009: Romney Lock and The Home Park. Enjoy a walk along the Thames and into the Home Park.
