The Huddersfield Art Gallery has a changing permanent collection of British paintings, drawings, sculpture and graphics from mid-19thC to date. Special exhibitions are organised throughout the year featuring contemporary art and craft work.

Whilst you're at the gallery, relax in the new look Art Lounge where you can browse catalogues and press cuttings, or buy an original piece of contemporary art from Yorkshire's only Art Vending Machine, for just £2. We are particularly interested in encouraging regional artists to submit their work for inclusion in the machine.
