Breamore House is an Elizabethan manor built in 1583 and houses a splendid collection of pictures and furniture. It is where General Patton stayed and planned the D-Day landings. The house is still a family home and has the intimacy of a lived-in house. The pictures and furniture represent the tastes of 10 generations of the Hulse family as well as the loving care of the present owners. The house has been little changed over the years and stands in a beautiful park close to the Saxon church.
