Battle of Britain Memorial Museum. Two fine examples of the legendary Spitfire and Hurricane fighter aircraft on display in the memorial building on the former site of RAF Manston. There are hundreds of artefacts to be viewed with particular displays relating to the Dambusters and the Channel Dash. The Battle of Britain Tapestry and the Allied Aircrew Memorial can also be seen and an Allied Forces Memorial Garden has been opened.
