Howletts Wild Animal Park

Howletts Wild Animal Park is a 90 acre wild adventure in beautiful ancient parkland, home to the world's largest family group of gorillas in captivity and the UK's largest group of African Elephants! www.totallywild.net

Set in 90 acres, includes the largest group of western lowland gorillas in captivity in the world and the largest herd of African elephants in the UK.

A number of glass fronted tiger enclosures allow for amazing views of the Sumatran and Indian tigers. In addition, Howletts is home to assorted primates, clouded leopards, tapirs, Javan langurs, black rhino and Iberian wolves. There are plenty of other rare and endangered species from around the world.

Visitors can walk in an open air enclosure where a family of amazingly agile and lively lemurs roam freely.

Picnic areas are spread around the park and a variety of hot and cold dishes are available in the Pavilion Restaurant
