Pudding Cottage

Winner of a gold award for Cumbria self catering cottage. Pudding Cottage is a 5-star self-catering cottage for 6 with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Situated up a farm track in a small group of barns but in the absolute hear of the Lake District It is a magnificent Lakeland stone cottage originally owned by the Earl of Lonsdale and dating back to the 18thC. It is totally equipped for children with a huge selection of toys and games consoles. There are enclosed landscaped gardens for children to play in and a large patio with barbecue. There are views of the lake from the drive to the property and stunning woodland to the back. All children including babies are welcome-there is a cot, high chair and other equipment on site. The cottage is adjacent to a National Trust footpath leading to miles of fell walks for keen walkers. Membership to a local private health club is included with the rental of the cottage-facilities include a swimming pool, sauna ,solarium, jacuzzi, squash court and gym.
Changeover day is a Friday. A full week let runs from 15.00 on arrival day to 10.00 on departure.
