Small family run Hotel in a 16th Century Thatched Cottage full of charm and character. Originally four cottages built for the bailiffs of the Lord controlling the local area. The building has gone through many incarnations since then. During World War II the bar area was a gentleman's hairdressers, the restaurant area was the village pharmacy and the reception area was a small tea room, which eventually took over the other two businesses and this became the Old Thatched Cottage Restaurant in 1953. The currennt owners converted the first floor to accomodation in 1991 and since then the business has operated as a hotel as well as a restuarant. The subsequent granting of a full licence resulted in the bar becoming accessible to anyone. Today we wecome guests from around the world, and look foward to welcoming you when you next visit Warwickshire.
