Eckington nestles between the River Avon to the north & west & Bredon Hill to the southeast. The Parish Church is believed to be almost eight hundred years old & the packhorse stone bridge has an unusual six arches. Eckington Wharf is an ideal place to start the 3.5-mile circular walk that passes several interesting historic aspects along the way. The village has two public houses, general stores & two hairdressers.
