The cottage is set in pretty gardens on the edge of the quiet rural hamlet of Cumberworth. Muffins is well situated for the sea - 5 miles distant and the Wolds 3 miles distant. There are many pretty and interesting villages and towns. In particular the lovely city of Lincoln, with it's wonderful cathedral and castle, which is only about an hours drive away.
