Set in beautiful rolling countryside, Gallaber Farm is just a 10 minute walk from the small unspoilt village of Burton in Lonsdale, which has a church, chapel, community run shop and a pub. We wlecome up to 15 touring caravans and have 2 static caravans for holiday let. We are a working beef and sheep farm and many of the animals can be seen from the park, as can Ingleborough and the surrounding fells.
The farm is an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Trough of Bowland and is just 20 miles from the Lancashire coast. The famous Ingleton Waterfalls walk, White Scar Caves and Clapham Caves are close by as are the majestic "Three Peaks" of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent and the Ribblehead viaduct, so we recommend you bring your walking boots and escape.
