Staddles is a cosy one bedroom cottage in the heart of Lavenham. Totally renovated in 2008, it provides an ideal base for exploring the area or just a place for complete relaxation.A quote from the visitors book says "We've had a fantastic weekend break in this wonderful cottage. This is in no small part due to the attention to detail and warm, friendly welcome". The cottage dates back to the early 1500's but has a modern and spacious kitchen diner. There is a sunny enclosed garden with apple tree and plants plus barbeque. The gas "coal effect" stove in the sitting room provides all the warmth and none of the work of a real fire. A welcome pack is provided (free)for guests of their choice of bread, milk, fruit juice and bacon and eggs or alternative. Lavenham has a variety of shops and eating places and makes an ideal base to visit local attractions and historic sites and houses.
